Doda, January 10; In a major crackdown against the unauthorized private clinics & laboratories running in the town, CMO Doda Dr M Y Mir on the directions of Distt Administration Doda sealed 05 private clinics during surprise checking in Doda Town, yesterday.
During the day long inspection, the team headed by CMO Doda checked around 57 private clinics in Doda town out of which 05 were sealed for not having the valid registration documents of the supervising authority under the Nursing Homes and Clinical Establishment (Registration and Licensing) Act 2010.
Further, CMO Doda asked all the private clinics, Laboratories, Nursing Homes and other related establishments in the District to apply online for provisional registration under Clinical Registration Act, if not obtained yet, to avoid legal action under rules.
