Doda, May 16: Deputy Commissioner Doda Vishesh Mahajan today launched Online Grievances Redressal Monitoring System for the public of District Doda.
People of the District can access the web portal at https://adhbutdoda.org/grievanceshttps://adhbutdoda.org/grievances and lodge their complaints in a simple and transparent manner.
The district administration has launched the grievances redressal mechanism to address the issues and aspirations of the public of the District under the ADBHUT Doda initiative to provide the people an efficient, effective, transparent, easy and time-bound services delivery platform.
Deputy Commissioner informed that the grievances received online shall be forwarded to the concerned district head of that department and reviewed weekly. complaints related to essential services shall be redressed in 24 hours by the concerned agency.
The program is part of the ADBHUT Doda initiative, which aims at providing quality services to the public in a prompt and transparent manner. The initiative also aims at making the administration accessible to the last man in the last row.
DC has directed all the officers under his control, to address the issue pertaining to the public services, received through any mode in a time-bound manner and on priority.
The launch of Online Grievances Redressal System was attended by SSP Doda Abdul Qayoom, ADDC Doda Pran Singh, ADC Doda Dr R K Bharti, CPO Doda Suresh Kumar, SE JSD Anil Gupta, SE JPDCL Bishan Das, ACR Doda Sanjeev Kumar, ACD Phulail Singh, DIO DIPR Doda, DSWO Doda, AO DC office Doda, CEO Doda, DIO NIC, and other concerned officers and officials.
