DODA POLICE APPREHENDED BOOTLEGGER, RECOVERED ILLICIT LIQUOR AT BHADERWAH

Today on 20.09.2022, a Police Party led by SI Sagar Singh of Police Station Bhaderwah laid a Naka at Chinar Mohalla Bhaderwah and starts checking of vehicles and pedestrian. During Naka checking one pedestrian was stopped and during checking 40 bottles of JK Special Whisky were recovered from the possession of pedestrian, after questioning the accused person disclosed his name as Raj Kumar S/O Tek Chand R/O Nalthi, Bhaderwah. The accused person carried 40 bottles illegally for selling purpose in general area of Sartangal Bhaderwah. In this regard, a case FIR No. 155/2022 U/S 48 (a) Excise Act stands registered at Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation has been taken up.
